Magic Kingdom opened Splash ‘N’ Soak Station in fantasyland in Park. Disney World tips.

Our September Tuesday 2012 trip Disney Magic Kingdom.

Above is a picture of the Ferry Boat sign to travel to the park.  Since we travel with Baby boy, the easiest way across the lake to magic kingdom are the ferry boats.  This way, you do not have to fold the stroller like on the monorail.  Most of the time you will be able to get on, on the first or second run of boats.

As the ferry docks, you stand and wait for behind the bridge along a covered port.

Pass holders are issued the same form of tickets as those who have 3-day passes.  The change is a waterproof, durable, and smudge proof paper that holds your information.  We have found it easy to wear about your neck within a lanyard plastic for easy access for ticket gates, and the fast pass rush.

All parks are decorated to match the seasons.  Here in September the park is decorated for the fall with pumpkins, hay and warm colors.

Balloon carts are in the front of the park.  These are helpful when you do not have a marker for your stroller in stroller parking.  Having a balloon tied to your stroller will cut down on time when looking for it.

As of September 2012 the addition to Fantasyland has not been opened.  The Splash 'n' Soak Station has been opened. A cute addition to this area, setup as a train and circus theme.  Make sure to carry a change of clothes, if you plan on getting wet.

  

In Fanstayland, you can travel by train to get to other parts of the park.  Along the way you get a glimpse of the hidden parts of some rides.

The map is large, but showing everything in detail.  Including the price range of their resturants.

Winnie the Pooh ride has a play wait area for the little ones.  Also a spot to meet the characters.

Tigger is such a funny character.

In the cafe within Furtureland, downstairs is a performing alien.  A great spot for little ones to dance and eat for lunch.

Located in the front of the park is an activity board.  Where you can check up on all of the events for the day.

Not far from, around a hidden corner, is the baby care center.  What a great place to change, nurse, and feed your little one.

The renovated Hall of Presidents, is a must see.

All parades are taped and roped off. 

The guide inside said, "there are only four of these seals located in the United States."

It is always great to bring a towel of blanket to cover little ones from the sun. 

Diamond parking is located just pass the handicapped parking.  Once in the diamond parking, place your diamond pass and your parking ticket in your dash window for this area.

Once parked follow the castle walkway to the park and or home.

Our family vaction to Disney (Magic Kingdom) in Orlando, Florida

It all started with the idea let's go to Disney.  Then it quickly went to let's get passes, and here we are today.  We are Disney pass-holders and loving it.

The kids were super excited and so were we. Here are a few highlights from our first trip as a family to Disney's Magic Kingdom in Orlando Florida.  

The trip seemed so long from the hotel which was minutes away, the birthday princess couldn't wait.  Not sure if she was prepared for the walk ahead. 

As we were approaching I took this pictures to show how their were posted signs and lights that said no stopping when arriving to the front gates.  Guess the only pictures you will get of this is from our car.

At the gates the parking guy was so nice to us.  Here parking was $14.00 and was good at all of the parks for the day.

Because of the stroller having to be folded up we took the ferry over to magic kingdom.

Here I tried to get a picture of how visitors throw money once docked on the ferry.  On our next trip, we want to be sure to bring a few coins with us. 

Since it was Zee's birthday a lady told me about the birthday buttons and once we were in the park we headed over to the gift shop and they personalized a button for her.  We were given the I am celebrating buttons.  Little man refused to be pinned instead he was happy with holding them along with his first time button.

This is stroller parking.  Our stroller didn't really stand out well so next we will bring some form of attachment so it won't take us so long to find our stroller.  Like a bright colored scarf.

Our trip to the Magic Kingdom was a glorious day.  Filled with fun and unexpected excitement.  Since this trip, we have been back numerous times and participated in they special events. The Star Wars had to Pop's favorite.
